Hillsborough Co. considers barking dog ordinance

Residents frustrated by the sound of constant barking could soon have some peace and quiet.On Wednesday, Hillsborough County Commissioners will vote on an animal noise ordinance. The plan would impose penalties on owners whose dogs bark consistently for 20 minutes or more.
