RAW: First responders rescue boy stuck under dock

A police officer and firefighter jumped into a lake to rescue a little boy who was stuck in an air pocket under a dock last week. Lake Placid PD released video from officer David Rhoden's body camera. It shows him running toward the water and jumping in, where others had gathered to try and help the boy.
