Eyes in the sky help rescue woman from canal

When Hillsborough deputies rescued a woman out of canal earlier this week, they had to use a separate set of eyes. Lillian Morales went missing from her Tampa home on Tuesday afternoon. Her disappearance was urgent since she needed medication and has been diagnosed with dementia. She walks with a limp and primarily speaks Spanish.
