Fl evacuee traffic snarls roads up to Ga

Traffic has been snarled through Central Florida this week as South Floridians flee Irma?s path. In Tampa, traffic started building on Wednesday night on I-75 northbound, and rest stops were filled with evacuees traveling north, a news report said.
