Navy evacuates Americans from Dominica

A chief of police in Dominica says death toll has risen to 27 from Hurricane Maria's strike on the Caribbean island. The U.S. Navy continued to evacuate American citizens from the Caribbean island of Dominica, after Hurricane Maria caused widespread damage to the island.
