Description: Detectives said a skimmer device was installing at one of SunTrust Bank’s ATM machine at 3705 East Bay Drive. Surveillance video showed it was installed around 8:40 a.m. on August 12. The suspects retrieved the device later the same day after a customer found it. The customer unknowingly gave it to the one of the suspects who was monitoring from a distance.
