Tampa police release new video of person of interest

An unknown individual seen in surveillance video is now considered a person of interest in the unsolved Seminole Heights homicides. After the first victim was murdered, Tampa police released surveillance video of the person walking in the area where Mitchell died. Now, they have released additional video showing the same individual running from the scene after the crime occurred.
