Video shows alleged abuse on school bus

A Polk county woman at the center of a child abuse investigation is out on bond. And Monday afternoon officials released video of 65-year-old Brenda Nelson’s alleged abuse of a special needs student. The faces of the children on board the bus have been blurred, but you can still hear the screams coming from the female student Nelson is accused of slapping on the head and also grabbing by the hair and shaking her back and forth.
