Minnesota officer nearly misses shotgun blast

La Crescent police officer, Ryan Quanrud, is seen in dashcam video approaching the vehicle along a highway in Hokah, Minnesota. It looks as though he peers into the driver?s window when a shotgun was fired toward him. Quanrud quickly backs away and points his own weapon at the vehicle as it flees from the scene.
