Doctors here at Florida Hospital say -- just before 8 this morning -- they got a phone call saying a school bus -- loaded with students-- was hit by a semi truck..and there could be mass casualties A doctor says many of them had cuts and head injuries that could have been prevented if more of the students had on seat belts..
