Accused kidnapper asks for judge's help

Defendant Trevor Summers says he's being mistreated in jail and now he wants a judge to do something about it. His attorney Julian Hayes explained it to the judge, "literally its cruel and unusual punishment he's not deserving, " said Hayes.
