Tarpon High students win Florida State Fair food contest

Charley headed to Tarpon Springs Monday morning to meet some talented culinary students. At Tarpon Springs High School, you can find these students showing off their recipes that will be featured at this year?s Florida State Fair, which opens Thursday.
