Datz pastry chef sets trends with sugar

Alicia Wolding has turned the kitchen at Datz into her own creative food lab.Her works of art are displayed and consumed daily. Wolding makes all of the desserts displayed in the glass cases at the front of Datz restaurant and the Dough dessert shop.
