St. Pete police want to identify Publix 'Manbun Creeper'

It was a disturbing sight at a St. Petersburg grocery store. Police say a man was walking around a Publix recording video up women's skirts as they shopped. It happened Tuesday April 3rd around noon at the store on 10496 Roosevelt Blvd at Gateway Crossings.
