Pedestrian crosswalks in Florida explained

Officer Roy Paz with the Tampa Police Department explains during a Traffic Tip Tuesday the pedestrian laws in Florida. In light of the deadly Bayshore Boulevard accident that killed a mother and daughter, he also explains why it was legal for the family to cross, in, what officials call, an unmarked crosswalk.
