Feds contradict Nelson's Russia meddling claims

A letter signed by both Department of Homeland Security�Secretary Kristen Nielson and Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Christopher Wray appears to contradict Sen. Bill Nelson?s claims that Russians have infiltrated Florida?s voting systems ahead of the 2018 elections.
