Vinoy light tower holds history, view of city

As condos and skyscrapers pop up on St. Pete's waterfront, the view is everything. The best view of the city has been there for nearly a hundred years, only it's off limits, but FOX 13 got rare access to this Bay Area treasure, the Vinoy Hotel.
