Daughter devastated after father dies in boating accident

Florida Fish and Wildlife said?Sheldon Scott?Young, 54, of Port Charlotte, Florida died after the boat he was in with two children capsized Thursday around 10:30 a.m. His grandaughter was in the boat with him.
