Sewer upgrades close Westshore in South Tampa

We all know south Tampa streets flood, so they?re upgrading the storm sewers..but while they?re doing that, traffic is a mess on westshore south of Kennedy ..people are trying to cut through neighborhoods..that?s leading to either traffic snarls or speeding.
