Sewer upgrades close Westshore in South Tampa

We all know south Tampa streets flood, so they’re upgrading the storm sewers..but while they’re doing that, traffic is a mess on westshore south of Kennedy ..people are trying to cut through neighborhoods..that’s leading to either traffic snarls or speeding.
