Meet Jane Castor, candidate for Tampa mayor

Most will remember Jane Castor as the city’s Police Chief from 2009 to 2015 – but her career at the Tampa Police Department began long before that.  Castor joined TPD as a beat cop in the 1980s and rose through the ranks to become chief.  Along the way, she worked in the narcotics, sex crimes, and criminal intelligence units.
