Second Port Richey mayor in jail

Another top city official has been arrested in Port Richey. This time, it’s the acting mayor. Terrence Rowe took over the mayor's job after last month’s arrest of Mayor Dale Massad. Now, Rowe’s been charged with conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice.
