Port Richey mayor, vice mayor accused of conspiracy

Dale Massad -- who has been in jail since last month -- was accused of conspiring with the active mayor, who was also arrested Wednesday night for similar charges. According to Massad?s arrest report, law enforcement officials said he attempted to ?intimidate, harass or retaliate? against Officer Howard with the Port Richey Police Department.FOX13 5:00 News
