Shooter of college student at Tampa party still on the run

For the first time since their daughter's death, Timothy and Takeela Fullwood are making a public plea for information leading to the shooter's identity. It's been weeks since Takiya Fullwood, 18, was gunned down outside a block party on N. 15 St., near 42nd Avenue in Tampa, Florida.
