Teen arrested after high-speed chase, crash

Two teens have been taken into custody after a Friday morning car burglary turned into a high-speed chase in Pinellas County. However, deputies have now uncovered that one of those teens involved in Friday's events was the sole survivor of a deadly SUV crash back in 2017.
