The Zaksee Bird Sanctuary in Citrus Park is constantly filled with chirping, chatter, and overhead flybys. Then there's the mess the birds leave behind. It's enough to drive anybody nuts. That's the way Majid "Magic" Esmaeili likes it. His sanctuary is a sort of orphanage for unwanted, discarded, and homeless birds.
