Brandon man arrested in 1998 cold case murder

Hillsborough County Deputies arrested 51-year-old Todd Barket at his Brandon home on Wednesday for the murder of Sondra Better.?Delray police said the 68-year-old was stabbed to death in a consignment shop back in 1998.
