Sand sculptures take shape in Clearwater

It takes 1,000 tons of sand, a bit of water, and a massive amount of precision to recreate Rome?s Colosseum from sand. But that?s just what these master sculptors are doing to prepare for this year?s Sugar Sand Festival in Clearwater.
