Judge: murder defendant Granville Ritchie allowed to get brain scan before trial begins

Granville Ritchie, the man accused of raping and killing 9-year-old Felecia Williams in 2014, will be permitted to get a PET scan to test for brain damage. It's part of the defense's effort to keep him from the death penalty, if convicted.
