Truck tries to push through hail-filled streets

Footage posted to Instagram by @mike.colima shows a truck traveling through a flooded, ice-covered street in Guadalajara. Local media, citing the city’s mayor, said the flooding entered some homes and 10 people presented to hospital with hypothermic symptoms.
