Hillsborough shelter running out of space

Nearly 350 dogs were saved from deplorable conditions at a Tampa breeder. Now, they are supposed to call the county shelter home during their recovery and the investigation. But there is one problem. The shelter doesn't have room for them, and are asking for anyone to adopt or foster the dogs they already have to make space.
