Traffic Tip Tuesday: Florida hands-free law

Starting October 1, Florida's new texting and driving aw goes into effect. Drivers in a school or construction zone cannot be holding their phone. The only time is when there is a need to dial 911. Law enforcement officials will give out warning, but starting January 1, 2020, they will start giving out citations.
