Ants trapped in abandoned Soviet bunker lived by eating the ant corpses

Scientists say a colony of up to a million 'cannibal' ants discovered in 2013 were trapped for years in an abandoned Soviet-era bunker in Poland. The insects apparently survived by eating other dead ants.
