Mechanical issue allows chihuahua to reverse SUV

Surveillance footage released by Slidell Police Department shows a woman beginning to pump gas at a gas station when the vehicle reverses. According to the police, the chihuahua was able to put the car in gear because of a mechanical issue that allowed the transmission to change gears without the brake being pressed.
