Part hair salon, part art studio

There?s plenty of creativity at the Disco Dolls Studio on North Florida Avenue in Tampa. The business was started by two sisters and a college friend of theirs, and can only be described as one part salon, one part art studio -- they?ll do your hair and design your clothes.
