Biking meets boating in downtown Tampa

When we saw it's a nice nice for a bike ride on the water, we mean on the water. Tampa Water Bikes rents these unusual hybrid watercraft from the Tampa Convention Center Docks, and Chip Brewster headed out at sunset to try it out.
