Polk County Youth Fair focuses on agricultural roots

The Polk County Youth Fair kicks off the fair season for Tampa Bay, where the emphasis isn?t on food and Midway rides, but rather agricultural education. This is a fair where FFA and 4-H kids compete for blue ribbons and bragging rights. From a bake sale and chili cook-off, to raising hogs and cattle -- students are involved in every aspect.
