Surprise birthday party held for 95-year-old veteran

A surprise was held to honor and celebrate a man who found in WWI, Korea and Vietnam. O’Neil Ducharme usually gathers with other veterans in at Clearwater Bob Evans' restaurant, but this time, his friends surprised him for his birthday.
