Citrus Co. couple released from quarantined ship

Calling it, ?a new day,? Crystal River couple Gay and Phil Courter arrived back in the United States early Monday morning, two weeks after their quarantine began aboard their cruise ship in Japan, and still showing no signs of the virus themselves.?
