State lawmakers split on short-term rental regulation

Carol King was making quite a bit of cash on the side by listing her spare bedroom on short-term rental site AirBnB, until she says the City of St. Pete sent her a letter saying that she was breaking the rules, and said she?d be taken to court if she didn?t stop.
