Tiffany Sessions' mom 'hopeful' investigators will find her daughter's remains
Tiffany Sessions was a University of South Florida student who went missing on Feb. 9, 1989. Investigators believe she was abducted and murdered by a now-deceased serial killer. Her mother, Hilary, told FOX 13 she remains hopeful that she will find her daughter's remains one day.
