'Safer-at-home' order must be taken seriously, says Tampa mayor

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor says she expects the number of cases in Hillsborough County cases to double in the next couple of days. A 'safer-at-home' order goes into effect Friday night, allowing individuals to do necessary tasks with social distancing in mind, but are encouraged to stay at home as much as possible.
