Curfew enacted in Hillsborough County to send clear message

The Hillsborough County sheriff, the mayor of Tampa, and several city leaders agreed Monday, the 'safer at home' measures weren't sending a strong enough message, so they enacted a curfew in an attempt to get residents to stop the spread of COVID-19.
