Hillsborough Emergency Policy Group discusses reopening county

Talks to reopen Hillsborough County were very preliminary Monday, so it?s way too soon to talk about an exact date. But the fact that the Emergency Policy Group is starting to discuss it all shows they are starting to think forward at this point.
