Patients were second family to nurse who died from COVID-19

Nurse Marjorie Blackman worked at Freedom Square's Seminole Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center when she started showing symptoms of COVID-19. Within two weeks, she became the 17th person associated with the facility to die from the disease.
