Plan for malls to reopen

Governor Ron DeSantis announced Wednesday that come Monday, retailers, including malls, can reopen at 25-percent capacity. In our area, Simon properties will reopen Monday, including the Premium Outlets in Tampa and Ellenton, and Tyrone Square Mall.
