Fourth of July celebrations in Tampa Bay disrupted due to pandemic

Cities across the country and in the Bay Area are pulling the plug on their fireworks shows. Independence Day events in Tampa and St. Pete have been canceled due to the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases.
