Tampa residents fed up, tell council to 'dump Dugan'

Protesters, with their signs in hand, wanted to be let in but were kept out at first and told to leave their signs outside.? After getting into the meeting, they spent two hours telling council members why they believe TPD should be overhauled, including the chief.
