Officers cleared in shooting caught on camera

A knife was her weapon, but a note found in her trash was the smoking gun. Tuesday, the Hillsborough state attorney cleared two Temple Terrace police officers in the shooting death of Hiba Alzahari, who tried to attack them outside City Hall.
