Fort Hood soldier's family demands changes

A Tampa attorney representing two families of soldiers who have died at Fort Hood is speaking about the base and calling on Congress for an independent investigation after authorities discovered the body believed to be that of 23-year-old Sgt. Elder Fernandes who had been missing since last Wednesday.
