9-year-old victim's family says 6 months isn't enough

Eboni Wiley and Granville Ritchie had known each other for only three days when Wiley decided to leave 9-year-old Felicia Williams. Wiley was the state's star witness and FOX 13 has learned she has been offered a sweetheart deal by the Hillsborough State Attorney's Office. Felicia's father, Jerome Williams, is outraged.
